The European Car

Incorporated in 1991, The European Car was a new entity that began with the purchase of German Auto, Inc. German Auto had been in the business of repairing and maintaining high-end European Cars for 25 years prior to their purchase. It was, as well, a new generation of what was originally Canton Motor Car Works.

Changes are happening at the EuroCar, longtime head mechanic Jeff Welch has taken ownership of the business. Nothing will change with exceptional service you expect from the EuroCar with his 25 years of automotive service.

Our top ranked service engineers perform the ‘magic’ behind the scenes and always go the extra mile to make certain our customers are taken care of properly.

Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 5:00PM.
After hours drop off and pick up can be arranged.

Our Services

The European Car is capable of performing all services on most every foreign and domestic vehicle, with the exception of Transmission work and Airbag repairs

Automotive Service

We stock and sell parts for most all vehicles we service – those parts we may not have can generally be procured two to three times a day from area dealers and vendors.

We offer access to many other services while the vehicle is in our care. Services such as Paintless Dent Removal, Body Shop services, and Autombile Detailing

Friendly knowledgeable service on European vehicles old and new. The owner and business operator replaced a burned out headlight that DIY videos online made seem too difficult to do it yourself. Decided to change all the front lights at once so they'd be the same age. He's ordered some other things the car needs and will call when they come in, and a couple of other parts he'll use from the car that was the same make and sadly totaled by a bad driver.

Took my M3 in for routine service. Easy scheduling, fair pricing and done on time. Ended up needing some additional work after, again process went like clockwork. Everyone is friendly and accommodative . Will be back

After having a bad experience with a large BMW certified dealer in the State of CT, I brought my Classic BMW 525i to the folks at "The European Car".
